Processing Time

 


All items are made to order.


Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

During high-volume seasons (holidays, sales, special launches), processing times may extend slightly.


Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

 


 

 

Shipping Time

 


Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location.


Estimated shipping times within the United States:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

We ship orders via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers depending on destination and service selected.


Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

 


 

 

Shipping Delays

 


M Collective Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

 

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

 


If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number.

 


 

 

Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

 


If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

 


We will review and assist you as quickly as possible.

 


 

 

International Shipping

 


At this time, M Collective Co primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping is available, customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
