At M Collective Co, each item is custom-made and engraved specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
All personalized and custom-engraved items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Incorrect personalization details entered by the customer

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
Please double-check all customization details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If approved, we will offer:

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Shipping Issues
M Collective Co is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.
Non-Personalized Items (If Applicable)
If we offer non-personalized items in the future, those may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks for delivered and custom-made items. Order confirmations, production records, and tracking documentation will be submitted as evidence.
